適合自駕入住，位置稍偏，在一個別墅小區，附近有一家不錯超市，乾淨，缺點是房間比較侷促，被褥乾淨整潔，價格便宜

訂房網站還是挺靠譜的，我們到了發現房型配置跟頁面描寫的不一樣，少了一張單人床，訂房網站就立馬給退了部分款。代理商的資料審核確實需要加強。但酒店總體很舒服，低調奢華。雖然在高速路旁邊，但關窗就不吵了。衞生間是整體浴室。

酒店真是性價比高，在英國這個價格真是難得，停車免費，早餐孩子都免費（17、18歲也免費），就是我們去的時候很熱，酒店沒有空調，給了一台風扇.開車去劍橋很方便。

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel room was ok but it was very noisy being close to the motorway and was woken up at 5am with people talking and slamming car doors. The breakfast was very disappointing had to wait a long time for hot breakfast to be topped up. Also lack of bread for toast and short of cutlery and the cutlery was very dirty too. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean, corridors less so. Coffee and milk sachets openly available at reception was excellent. Breakfast options were pretty good without being overwhelming. Coffee and juices not great however.

Not the easiest to find, no staff member at the desk to check us in when we arrived, dogs on the corridor at night, people running up and down the corridor til late at night/very loud. Staff didn't ask how our stay was on check out and we didn't mention the above as they seemed disinterested. The quality of stay was reflected in the price.

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but 訂房網站 messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with 訂房網站 and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to 訂房網站. 😞
